Course of Studies for Intermediate Classes

              The course of studies in the faculties of Arts, Commerce and Science is spread over two years. The Board of Intermediate Education, Karachi holds the examination after the end of each academic year. there are three compulsory and three elective subjects in the course of studies required to be taken for the attainment of Board certificate 

Compulsory Subjects 

1.       Urdu Normal (2 papers of 100 marks each)

2.       English Normal (2 papers of 100 marks each1)

3.       Islamiat (1 paper of 30 marks)

4. Pakistan Studies (paper of 50 marks)

Optional Subjects For Inter-Commerce

1.       Accounting (2 papers of 100 marks each)

2.       Principal of Commerce (2 papers of 100 marks each)

3.       Commercial Geography (1 paper of 50 marks )

4.       Economics (1 paper of 50 marks )

5.       Business Mathematics (XI only 50 marks)

6.       Statistics (XII only 50 marks)
